Mum's Cheese Sauce If you're looking for a reason to eat your broccoli, this is it. Also good poured over anything else. This can be done either over the stove or in the microwave. 1. Melt an ounce of butter. 2. Add a tablespoon of flour, stir and cook until thick. 3. Add 1 c milk (real or fake), stir until blended and cook until thick (at least a minute in the microwave). 4. Add about 1/2 c grated cheese, salt and pepper. Stir and serve. |
